Ad Production PTS
Ad Production PTS (Production Tracking System) is a full life-cycle workflow system designed to manage and control the production of advertising material. Publishers can efficiently traffic materials through the entire ad production process from moving ad orders into production all the way through approval and output.
ATLIS integrates captured advertising insertion order information as the foundation for building a completely automated workflow solution. Ad production managers can thus control and manage material routing, ad builders can produce and store finished ads, sales reps and customers can view and approve ads and compositors and paginators can integrate the digital files into the final product. All this is managed under a rule-based methodology created by the publisher.
Central to PTS is the ability to know the state of production at a glance. The collaborative nature of the system provides real time information by presenting the production stage of ads in process. Production managers thus have the ability to quickly react to eliminate problems and meet deadlines with greater efficiency.
Configurable Modules
Ad Production PTS comprises a set of configurable modules that enable a publisher to adapt to various ad management requirements. These typically include contract/insertion management, routing/ad trafficking, tracking and auditing, digital asset management/storage, and online proofing and approval. Each is designed to adapt to individual production workflow and conventions.
